Rita A. Fain

Rita A. Fain, 75, of Bristol, TN passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN. She was a native of WV and had lived most of her life in Washington County, VA before moving to Bristol, TN. She was a daughter of the late Jessie and Mabel Parson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lem Fain; two brothers, Frank Parson and Mack Parson; seven sisters, Pansy Townsend, Joyce Widener, Janice Parson, Linda Rhudy, Kathy Parson, Jane Trent, and Sue Parson; and also five infant siblings. Rita is survived by two step-children, Michelle Fain Widener and her husband, David, and Greg Fain all of Damascus, VA; two sisters, Brenda Gentry of Conley Springs, NC and Coleen Graham and her husband, Jim, of Glade Spring, VA; special friends, Steve Fain and Arthur Brewster; and several brothers/sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews. A memorial graveside service for both Rita A. Fain and Lemuel Sanford Fain, Jr. will be conducted at 3:00 PM Friday, November 8, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Park in Damascus, VA with Pastor Robert Blevins officiating.
