Flora E. "Flo" Duck" Blevins

Flora E. "Flo" Duck" Blevins, 88, of Konnarock, VA passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 at her residence. She was a native of Washington County, VA, a daughter of the late William McKinley Boone and Pearl Miller Boone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Victor Franklin Blevins; her second husband, Ralph D. Reedy; a grandson, Timothy Duane Blevins; and a sister, Sybil Hall. She had lived in Manassas, VA where she worked at I.B.M. for several years. After her retirement, she moved back home to Konnarock, VA. She was very active in the Konnarock Community Center and was a member of Konnarock Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Evelyn C. Blevins and her husband, James, of Konnarock, VA; one son, David F. Blevins and his wife, Twila, of Konnarock, VA; a grandson, Michael D. Blevins and his wife, Megan, of Pasadena, MD; a sister, Betty Martin of Elkridge, MD; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Garrett Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm Saturday in ther Riverview Chapel at Garrett Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Blevins and Elder Dan Huffman officiating. The committal service and interment will follow at Azen Cemetery in Konnarock, VA. Pallbearers will be John Dancer, Kelly Powers Sr., Kelly Powers Jr., Dwight Phillips, Ben Hayes, and Clay Stikes.
