Paul Montgomery,

Paul K. Montgomery, Sr., age 43, of the Dentons Valley Community, Bristol, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2005, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was a life long resident of Dentons Valley, Tennessee, and was a son of the late Danville and Gay Montgomery. He was a member of the Dentons Valley Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Paul was also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Retha Darlene Montgomery; two sons, Paul K. "P.J." Montgomery, Jr. and John Michael Montgomery, of the home; one daughter, Kimberly Daniella Montgomery, of the home; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 22, 2005, in the Dentons Valley Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Stevens officiating. The committal service and interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Alvarado, Virginia. Pallbearers will be Daryl Montgomery, Robert Montgomery, Marshall Lewis, Kenny Baumgardner, Steve Baumgardner, Bob Baumgardner, Eric Kennedy, and Greg Stilt. Honorary pallbearers will be Lonnie Kennedy, Kyle Kennedy, and Glenn Kennedy. The family will receive friends from 7-9 P.M.
