Donald L. "Duck" Morrison Sr.

Donald L. "Duck" Morrison, Sr., 67, of Abingdon, Virginia passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017 in the Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon, Virginia. He was born in Washington County, Virginia and was a son of the late Samuel Bruce Morrison and Mary Hazel Jones Morrison. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Johnson. He is survived by one daughter, Sharon Renee Horner and her husband, Chris, of Mountain City, TN; one son, Donald Lynn Morrison, Jr. of Abingdon, VA; three grandchildren, Jenna Horner, Kevin Horner, and Alicia Littlewhirlwind; two sisters, Nadine Ritchie and her husband, Melvin, and Mary Jo Morrison; one brother, Ronald Morrison; and several nieces and nephews.
