Clarence Wayne Ritchie

C. Wayne Ritchie, 72, of Damascus, VA passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA.Wayne is survived by his wife of 49 years, Delores Ogle Ritchie; his son, Benjamin Ritchie and his wife, Misty, of Blountville, TN; one grandson, Jacob Ritchie; two brothers, Herbert Ritchie and his wife, Jackie, of Roanoke, VA and J.D. Ritchie of North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Garrett Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm Tuesday in the Riverview Chapel at Garrett Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Ritchie officiating. The committal service and interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Damascus, VA. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
