Bobby Mike Casey

Bobby Mike Casey, 68, of Damascus, VA passed away at his residence on Sunday, January 17, 2021. He was born in Abingdon, VA on April 15, 1952, a son of the late Walker Martin Casey and Annie Mae Callahan Casey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Charlie Casey, Walter Casey, Donald Casey, and Tony Casey . Bob attended Fletcher's Chapel in Abingdon, VA. He worked as a farmhand at Green Valley Farms in Bristol, VA. Bob enjoyed spending time with his close friends and family and especially enjoyed fishing the streams and lakes of Southwest VA. He also enjoyed going on walks, riding bikes, and tinkering on small engines. Bob is survived by four sisters, Mary Wallace and husband Randy of Damascus, VA, Virginia Compton and husband Paul of Meadowview, VA, Martha Thomas and husband Clarence of Abingdon VA, Hazel Lowe of Abingdon, VA; one brother, Lee Roy Casey of Damascus, VA; one special niece, Cheyenne Gill of Damascus, VA; and several other nieces and nephews. There are no services planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Garrett Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
