Randy Owens

Randy Owens, 55, of Damascus, Virginia passed away on Monday, August 22, 2016 at Grace Healthcare in Abingdon, Virginia. He was a native of Castlewood, VA and had lived in Damascus, Virginia for the past 30 years. He is the son of Jim and Mary Owens of Damascus, Virginia. He was preceded in death by one brother, Kirby Owens, and one sister, Sharon Mullins. In addition to his parents, Randy is survived by one daughter, Angela Owens of Richlands, VA; three grandchildren; three brothers, his twin-brother Ricky Owens and his wife, Margie and Jimmy Owens all of Damascus, VA and Danny Hale and his wife, Bridget, of Meadowview, VA; one sister, Delila Hurd and her husband, Bobby, of Bristol, VA; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm Friday, August 26, 2016 at Garrett Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm Friday at the graveside at Sunset Memorial Park with Mr. Walter Staude, minister officiating.
